Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

You will be charged 24hrs prior to pick up time. Cancellations within 24hrs of pick up time will not be refunded. 

Same day bookings will have a 4 hour cancellation policy.

If you flight gets canceled on the same day as your pick up, you will still get charged full amount.

  

 

EXTRA STOPS/FEES:

Extra stops will be charged $30 every 15 minutes. Restroom stops are complementary. 

PICK UPS between 11:00 PM & 6:00 AM are subject to a 10% after hours surcharge. 

 

GRATUITY:

10% Gratuity is included.

WAIT TIME DURING PICK UP:

For Residential or Hotel Pick ups you will be charged $30 Every 15 minutes

of waiting time after 15 minutes have passed since pick up time.

Meet & Greet:

For Denver International Airport,

Your Chauffeur will contact you once your flight has landed. Chauffeur will Give you instructions on how to find him. He will either be on Terminal WEST or EAST depending on your Airline. Level 5, Island 2 for limos.

For Eagle Reg Airport,

Your Chauffeur will contact you once your flight has landed. Chauffeur will be inside the Airport holding a name sign.

For Vail Valley Jet Center,

Your Chauffeur will get close & park next to the aircraft once it has been parked.
